All riders must sign a liability waiver and a consent form to ride or be on the premises .
Our program is paid as a Tuition at the beginning of the month and a 60 day notice is required to end lessons to find replacement as each one of our students is imperative in our operation and the well being of the horses . Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and late by the 5th a $45 fee Will be charged for all late payments . We do not refund any missed lessons for any reason . If a lesson is canceled due to weather or on our end make up options will always be given . We only take on a certain amount of students and teach Private lessons to ensure we can focus only on each individual riders progression and learning. If a cancellation is not Given within 48 hrs or it is a no show that lesson is forfeited and will not be made up . We do only allow 1 makeup lesson every 3 months (quartoy ) unless agreed upon prior to missing the lessons . Please remember that each students lesson slot is scheduled monthly and that time and day is reserved for only you . We do require a minimum of a 6 month contract In order for all students to learn the basics of riding , safety, and proper horsemanship .. after the initial 6 month contract we do require a 60 day written notice to terminate or change lessons . If for any (medical or deployment with proper documentation ) reason you are unable to complete your 6 month contract we will waive the contract and follow the 2 month (60 day notice ) as termination to allow us time to fill your lesson slot .. This is a great outdoor athletic after school or work activity. Our program is set up as a monthly tuition and this order will cover a month of lessons . By purchasing and paying for this order via the website you are binding and agreeing to all RFEC terms ,conditions policies, and procedures regarding cancellations rescheduling , tuition, and terminations. Please Note all non tangible items services are non refundable . Deposits and all services that are paid in full are non refundable unless it is a mistake on or by Refugio Farm Equestrian Center. All purchases and deposits made are non refundable. We will Offer credits for future given we have availability to use due to emergencies with a proper notice and written consent
