Children and adult beginner to intermediate horseback riding lessons . We offer basic horsemanship lessons . We focus on the basics and work our way up. All students learn all aspects of safety first, horse etiquette,horsemanship, then riding . We focus on creating a bond ,love and passion between each horse and rider . All our lessons are individual and one on one with the occasional group barn lesson so students can meet other peers .. Each students lesson slot is reserved for only them . Our program is paid as a Monthly Tuition at the beginning of the month. We have several packages to choose from 3 month contract , 6 month contract, and our drop in rate please inquire about our packages . We do require a 30- 60 day written notice to discontinue lessons pending your contract type (sent to Refugiofarmequestriancenter@gmail.com). This is a great outdoor athletic after school or work activity that gets everyone off the coach and off the PHONES. Come join us for a meet and greet or trail lesson! Our program is set up as a monthly tuition and this order covers 4 lessons per month.
Refugio Farm is closed for 2 weeks during the year for cleaning and renovations as well as R&R for the horses and our staff (July 4th week and one additional week) ... Tuition is still due in full for these weeks however make up options will always be given and students are encouraged to reach out to their individual instructors to reschedule/makeup these lessons before or after if they so choose.
If for any (medical, deployment with proper documentation) we will waive your contract and honor a 2 month notice if a proper email is written to Refugio Farm Equestrian Center we will honor the date from when we receive the notice . Please remember that each students lesson slot is scheduled monthly and that time and day is reserved for only you or your child .. By purchasing and paying for this order via the website you are binding and agreeing to all RFEC terms ,conditions policies, procedures, contracts regarding cancellations,rescheduling , tuition, and terminations.
